1. Receive your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Once your PIN request has been processed by the Tufts MC Primary Care team, we will provide you with a one-time Personal Identification Number (PIN) enabling you to gain access to our secure online tools. All patients are required to use this unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) to verify their identify. If you have not received your PIN, please request an account PIN now.  You can also call 617-636-5400 to request an account during normal business hours.

2. Register Online

If you already have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) please use the link below to register for your account. You will need to read and accept our terms and conditions, create a user ID and password, verify your identity using your PIN and select your preferred method of contact.

Please note (1) that the email used cannot be @tuftsmedicalcenter.org (2) that you cannot share email addresses since the email links to a single patient medical record. 

Please note that if you receive a message during registration of an error, and 'please contact the practice', you can either: (1) Click on the Help tab/button and complete the 'Primary Care Portal Support' request form, or (2) contact the practice at 617-636-5400.
